All Home Inspections are completed on site when possible with digital photos and easy to read reports. If your not available to be at the inspection, it will be emailed from site. This includes the Foundation, Roof, Structural Components, Mechanical System, and Built-in Appliances, and Sprinkler systems. All reports are by Texas Real Estate Commision rules. We like the buyers and Realtor to come to the inspection, near the end or for the entire time. We want you informed and comfortable with this process.
We also conduct professional pool inspections alongside the home inspection. The inspections is of the structural and mechanical systems. If we find issues, you will be advised to have a pool contractor provide estimates and ideals for repair. We do not de-winterize, fill or clean the pool. Please advise sellers prior to the inspection.
Commercial Inspections include multifamily, retail strip centers, warehouse, stand alone offices, and religious buildings. Our report are tailored to your needs.
